The floor picks the tyre before anything else
Cushion tyre trucks are small, tight turning and made for smooth indoor slabs. Pneumatic tyre machines have ground clearance and tread for gravel, tarmac and rough yards. Putting a cushion truck outside is the most common mistake on a short hire, and the machine will struggle over anything that is not swept and level.
Electric, propane or diesel
Electric trucks are quiet, emit nothing indoors and want somewhere to charge overnight. Propane is the indoor and outdoor compromise, refuelled by swapping a bottle.
