Yes, the charger travels with the machine, but you need a suitable socket where the truck will park overnight and the cable is not long. Confirm the voltage the charger wants when you book, because a plug that does not match is a lost shift.
Can it go up a ramp or into a trailer?
Only within the grade the manufacturer states, and only with a properly rated dock plate for entering a trailer. Loaded travel on any slope changes how the truck stops. If the work is loading vehicles from the ground, a forklift is the machine to ask for.
