Two dehumidifiers and a bank of fans on one 20 amp circuit is a tripped breaker at two in the morning. Spread them across circuits, and use protected temporary wiring rather than a chain of household cords.

Start from the volume of the space, how wet the materials are and how tightly the area can be sealed. Drying is faster with the space closed and air movers running, so a small sealed room with one properly sized machine beats a large open area with three.
Do I need air movers as well?
Almost always. Air movers lift moisture from surfaces into the air and the dehumidifier takes it out. Running either alone is slow: fans without a dehumidifier simply move damp air around, and a dehumidifier without fans waits for evaporation to happen on its own.
Will a dehumidifier dry a crawl space?
Yes, and it is a common hire, but seal the vents and lay ground sheeting first or the machine is dehumidifying the outdoors. Get the condensate hose to a drain or a sump, because nobody wants to crawl in twice a day to empty a tank.
